Road to getting Luscious Lips

Its Valentine's Day and I'm home waiting for my bro
to be done with his homework before we can get dinner :(

So it explains why I'm home blogging now.
I'm a fan of Angelina Jolie's lip, are you??

As I grow up I also became a fashion addict and now online shopping too,
my dad's cutting my excess allowance cause of that. Tsk!
Whatever.

I found cheap ways to get luscious lips!! Happy?

Angelina Jolie.

#1 Drink 1.5 liters of water per day.
More if you perspire heavily.

Water is needed to hydrate our body, that's no-brainer but do you know that excess water consumption causes
excessive urination which flush out essential electrolytes, minerals and other compounds.source

Other than that water are good like what you've heard.
- Healthy body/organs
- Tender/moisturized skin
- Hydrates your body

* The picture used doesn't mean I encourage drinking from tap.
Tap water contains chloride and fluoride. Not a healthier choice.

#2 Use lip balm with sunscreen

Young lips (children and teens') are especially vulnerable. Studies have shown that UV over-exposure during the first 18 years of life can cause the damage that later results in adult skin cancer. source

Start taking care of your everything young. Things take shape only when you're older, by then its all too late.
The lip balm is waterproof too (:

#3 Exfoliate.

Like your skin you need to exfoliate your lips too.
Just with minimal strength.

It'll remove chapped skin so you won't peel and hurt your lips.
Do it after you've brushed your teeth (w/o toothpaste).

#4 Scrub it.

Mix equal amount ( 1 teaspoon ) of olive oil and brown sugar.
& gently scrub your lips.

Leave it on for 3 minutes before washing it away.
Do this once or twice a week for moisturized and luscious lips :D

#5 A drop of golden ray (honey).

A dab of honey on your lips will act as a humectant, drawing moisture from the air to your skin, keeping your lips soft, plump, and kissably sweet. Source

I've tried exfoliating my lips and dab honey on it.
The result is just as mention :D Love it *pucker up*

Happy Valentine's Day,
