Island Wedding Dresses

A wedding on a tropical island invokes images of sand, surf, and rolling waves. A gentle breeze and shimmering sunshine the bride who awaits her island wedding, in her beautiful island wedding dress.

Island wedding dress fabrics
Island wedding dresses are more an idea or a feeling than style per se. several aspects must be respected for the bride to feel comfortable at the beach during an island wedding. One of these is the trade winds, which are breezy and light. To be capable of using these trade winds in a bride's favor, fabrics that are light weight are best, such as georgette, linen, charmeuse, gauze, satin, cotton, silk, and chiffon. The advantage to these fabrics is their easy mobility; to limit the amount of sticking or clinging a fabric may have against a bride's skin, in the hot weather.

This means the bride's wedding dress will have to be packed, therefore a dress that irons well or less likely to crease is a safe bet. There has also been a variety of lengths and colors available since the Western traditions have loosened up. Women can now also have the option to either buy ready made gowns, have a dressmaker create one or wear a family heirloom. Also, the bridal salons today already present samples of the wedding gowns when you visit their store. Because of this you can already select a design that suits your tastes right then and there and just have it customized to fit your size.

For the Asian countries having Eastern culture such as Vietnam, China and India, the traditional bridal dresses are very much affected by the cultural beliefs of the people. The Ao dai which is the traditional bridal dress for Vietnamese women is a perfect example. It is usually in red color which signifies prosperity and good luck for the Vietnamese. The other mentioned countries also share the same line of thinking with regards to the color of their traditional bridal dresses.

However, more women today choose not to follow suit with the customs and traditions of their country or culture since people have a more liberated mindset as compared to before. Instead, they go for customized wedding gowns which will give them a unique appearance as well as represent their own personalities.

I love receiving mails!

Everytime I got the email saying they mailed out my purchase I'll race to the mail box at 4pm the next day to see if the postman got my stuffs or not. And I seldom opt for registered postage cause I missed mine once and gonna go all the way to the post office to collect. Lazy.

Please don't let my mails go missing. Please please please. But why do mails get missing when your bills don't?!

Apart from receiving mails I like popping bubble wrap or dropping things wrapped in bubble wrap to see if the wraps are really that useful or not. Double thumbs up for the blogshop they gave me free red toe separator and blings.

Tested all of them on my then long nails. Looking at it I think my nails were a bit too long. I couldn't even reach the corner of my eyes when I'm using skincare. Gonna cut them cause I broke a few while trying to pinch my sis's butt. Opps!



I can has Mad as a Hatter nails now and a hard time removing them later on.

LG!! If you're looking please. I want LG eve black!), lash extension, hair dye, hair cut, take car license, air humidifier, a queen size bedframe, curtain tracks, curtains, drawers, car, carpark lot, petrol, a new Tv, an apartment, a maid..
You get what I mean, the list goes on. Non-stop

Which obviously means I have nothing to blog about apart from camwhoring photos. Better than nothing right??

Adults

They are not the best things in life but I see myself turning into one of them soon after my 18th birthday.

You can't stop yourself from growing from an adolescents to an adult. However you can prevent yourself from turning into one of those you dislike. When you're younger you tell yourself not to turn into one of those useless adults in your family or in the public you see. Unreasonable, haughty and those that always think that they are right.

Growing up I'm surrounded by adults. Good ones and those who are really trash. It always happens that trashy ones are guys. They are those that send me invisible notice that I should never grow up to be like one of them.

Always asking kids if they are stupid/ lousy and forcing them to reply yes. What are you trying to prove here? A 37 years old man asking a kid such question after he done something wrong or slow at learning something? Just because you're a graduate doesn't mean you're smart.

If you're really smart you should have known that the poor kid will be demoralized and what you say stains their mind forever just like an undies left in the laundry basket unwashed for a week. The stains never disappear. It's there forever.

I'm blogging this because I have uncles who really suck donkey balls. These are 2 people I never respect.

The females in my family are asking me to show them respect but how? How are you ever going to do it when one, your blood related uncle can steal your grandma's money, force a kid to say his stupid/ lousy, tells a million lies and be so stupid to not clear his cache after watching porn?

When another is a fucking guy (aunt's husband but also called uncle) who did something bad to you when you're 8? Tell me how? HOW?! HOWAM I GOING TO RESPECT THEM?!

As much as I know they don't worth every bit of my attention I must admit they gave me a great impact in my life. No matter how lousy a man is, he's there for a reason. Everything in life happens for a reason.

They are there to remind me never to become one of them.

On a daily basis I tell myself not to spend money I haven't earn to buy things I don't want to impress people I don't know or don't like.

Never mind if you don't own labels. Never mind if you're not rich.

As long as you know what you're doing is right and believe in yourself, it's sufficient.

For years I've been pleasing my parents, letting them affect the choices I make in life till sometimes I forgot who I am and what I want. I even make choices I don't like just to please them then make myself like it afterwards, telling myself they are my parents and it can't be wrong.

They mock at my passion, my ambition and stop me from doing what I want to.

Do you know what I like best today?

Doing all the things they've said no and thought I could not do. I won't be stupid to go against them just to prove them otherwise. I know what I want clearer than what they think.
