LG GW 620 (Eve) Vs Viewty

As if like I haven't talk about this phone enough. Now imma do a comparison with viewty (like
title suggests).

Okay, the comparison.

(I think) Viewty is almost the most common phone in SG. Everyday I see a few.
Even pink ones like mine can have 2 on a bus. Automatically I'll stop texting and keep the phone.
Lucky LG GW620..

WAIT! That's not the main idea.

It's supposed to be comparison I'm doing now.
You see, GW 620 have wider screen than Viewty and I like big screens just like how I like having huge photos of myself up here.

Big screen Tv. Big screen laptop. Big screen monitor. Big screen whatever.

But not big protruding camera like Viewty's.

Unlike Viewty, Eve have just a medium square for its camera and small
square for flash even though they're both 5mp.

I googled and found out LG GW620 is also called Eve. Don't know how true is that but better
than calling it LG GW620. Less word to type and less tech.

One thing I like a lot about Eve is!!
Though it has mini USB insert for earpiece and charger..



It also has a 3.5mm audio jack! In another words, you can pluck your earpiece in

and continue whatever hearing activity you have.

I used to be annoyed when I'm chatting halfway and phone ran out juice. Cause I had to stick a
hot phone to my ear while it charge. Obviously I have to hold Eve close to continue talking.

Threaded SMS keeps everything neat!

You don't see the same person's name again when you've already scrolled half of the list.
SMS are grouped according to people's name.

Half of the time I forgot the previous text I sent and had to waste time checking.
So here's what threaded SMS's for. Since it looks like IM you don't even need to do that.
Just scroll!

Both are 5mp but Eve is clearer!
Less grainy. Please don't compare a phone's camera to a real camera.
They are obviously different.

Eve comes with Social Networking Sites (SNS) manager which allows you to connect
to FB and twitter in one simple touch. Receiving updates etc etc.

Only to Eve! It has face tagging function.
Long press on a face, in this case mine!



You'll see this pop up.



I chose 'select from contacts' and here you see all the possible faces.
Ticked ones are selected by me.



The next time you back to the picture when you press on the face you'll
see their name on.

Also, you can long press on tagged face and here's a different pop-up for a few
things you can do. I can't possibly call myself.
