This time XX and I went to Tian Jin Restaurant @ Bras Basah Complex for breakfast. He talked about it for 3 months, every time I tell him next time or pick a Saturday that never came, till the other day I told him, "let's go!"
Very early 90s looking Chinese restaurant.
An old man came to me when I took this photo. Pointing at the "No Photography" sign telling my angrily, "Sorry. Excuse me. No photo huh. You got see this or not?"
Honestly I didn't see it till he pointed it out. Neither did I know his standing there. Even if I do, I'll still take.
Ordered all our food from this page.
Entering this restaurant is like walking pass time travel machine back to childhood. Everything is so simple and Chinese, nothing like what we see now.
Camwhoring while waiting for food.
I can be center part permanently if I look good in photos. It's so difficult to keep my hair away from my face when I'm writing/ eating without a clip.
Including evil peanuts I can't chew, towel I can't live without and 7% GST, this meal cost $36.90.
Considered pretty worth it since the food is filling, not oily and not too salty. Idea for breakfast!
