Today my house-cleaning mood is here(:

So I did some housework. Wash the dishes, tidy & clean bathroom sink area, my cardboards & lastly do my desk!

Excruciating

This is horrible.

Holiday just started and I'm down with sore throat and fever. When I desperately need to express myself, I can't. It's so difficult to get by when someone is asking the obvious and talking nonsense. Really wanna make some comment but when I finally master energy to speak, new topic of nonsense or worthless talk is going. I'll be, "whatever. Forget it." Since most of the noise contribution is generated by me, my house is pretty quiet now.



On the other hand, seeing people getting ignored after their nonsense is shoikness. It's like smacking right at their face then exclaiming,

"TAKE THAT! Hah!!"

Only during times like this when I have sore throat so bad I can't speak will I realize that not everything requires a reply. If you think it's worthless/ nonsense, shut up. Better than getting yourself engaged in that kind of conversation.



BUT! I don't need this sore throat with me. I really don't need it. Shit. I just screamed into the kitchen when my mum told my dad a super edited version of what I've said. Wth -__-" Just one more day sore throat. Be gone by tomorrow. Please please PLEASE!



My holiday is an official start tomorrow. I will do my Java assignment that I dislike to the core at Starbucks with Dark Cherry Mocha Frappe in one hand and crispy belgian waffle in another.



Please. Sore throat. Go away.

I think my blogging spirit had already left me for good. You see May is already ending.. and my May posts are less than 10?! Sometimes I wonder what is the purpose of blogging? To talk about how you feel? To show off how wonderful is your life? To write down special events for memories? To write down your everyday life? Recently I found my old diaries.. which I used to write in almost every single day. About my day, my real-and-true-and-dont-need-to-hide feelings. Can really write about anything & anyone. And to read back, I found myself so silly & childish. Some many memories & little secrets. Haha.. I have really grown(: LOL! omg, cannot stand my wordy introduction. hahahah, somemore I got no conclusion & I am still blogging.

One day Lovely & I were going out, we bumped into his brother Jerry & gf Xiaoxin. So they lent us her very very professional camera for a day!! So we were trying to take as much photos as possible. But good camera can shoot flaws clearly!! lol.  

I wanted to blog about alot of things! with alot of photos!! But because the photos sizes are too big, and I'm lazy to resize. And my laptop or/and my internet is lousy. they took million minutes to upload.

So after this two photos.. I am sort of giving up.

Okay... Confirmed give up already.

Nowadays,aku tak tahu kenapa ramai sgt orang zaman sekarang yang susah betul nk senyum. padahal bukannya nk kena keluar duit pun. tp tu la orang sekarang ni,terlalu kedekut nk bersedekah. duduk umah satu blok tp bila dlm satu lif takde langsung nk senyum apatah lgi nk bertegur-sapa. entah apa sebab yang susah sgt nk senyum pun tak tau la,adakah mereka yg taknak senyum ni takde gigi ataupun mulut busuk??entahlah...

sebenarnya aku pun tak tau apa nk cakap lagi,yang aku tau aku suka tengok gambar anakku,Adli Muhaimin ni senyum. ingat senang ke nak amik gambar bdk senyum,time diorang tido sambil mimpi indah la baru dapat amik gambar. hehehe... so people out there,rajinkan lah muka tu untuk senyum. tak susah dan tak kena bayar pun kalau senyum ni and kalau senyum ni buat orang tak dapat dosa sebab mengata orang yg tak balas senyuman.

went from crazy to yesterday within a blink.

500 Cupcakes & Muffins: Chocolate Muffins

YES! I changed my blogskin. After weeks of wondering how am I going to have a new blogskin without paying, spending time and stranding my already stranded eye, I chanced upon draft.blogger.com and there it is! I never go to this site unless blogger is being a bitch and I need to blog desperately.

So now you know.

One fine I'm-waiting-for-my-hair-to-dry night, I had an urge to bake the simplest thing - Chocolate Muffins.

This is prolly the best thing I've ever received from people. I refused to buy one myself thinking that it's a waste of money since recipes are available online but several time I screwed up my muffins. Bet my parents are relieved that I got this book. Imagine the amount of ingredients that go into the bin. Worst for my dad, he have to finish everything.

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.I added 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder cause it's expiring soon plus reduced sugar to 100g.
Recipe at the end.

Baking is really easy if you're willing to wash the mess you create and a mixer. If not, a muscular guy friend. I'm not trying to be humorous here. I really called a friend at 2am to come over for help before I bought my mixer but he was living directly opposite my unit.

Step 2

Mix moist ingredients in a large bowl.

Make sure your butter is softened before baking. Which means it's soft and not cold. If you realized that it's not soft enough after adding everything in like the above picture, please do not try to melt the butter. Egg will not trap air, to make muffin raise, after it's heated. I don't know why it won't but I know it won't cause I did that.

Step 3

Pour in mixed dry ingredients from step 1 into step 2's. Mix.

Add in bit by bit unless you're very sure you wanna wash your clothes/ apron after baking. They will fly everywhere. I tried that before and I just swept everything that flew out back into the bowl and continue mixing like nothing happened. Obviously I don't do that now!

Step 4

Place muffin cases

Switch off your fans and don't walk with the pan. They will fly away. 

Step 5

Mix chocolate chips/ raisin/ whatever you want

I mixed them bit by bit just enough for a muffin so there can be different types of muffin instead of just chocolate chips. Plus my dad prefer raisins over sweet chocolate chips. I reduced sugar more and more each time I bake cause he always complain "too sweet".

Step 6

Scoop it into paper cases

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove when done.
