Central Fire Station

Andy and I was invited there.
Prior reaching, I was complaining how early it was and why we have to wake up so early - 7am - when its Saturday.

Well, it wasn't boring at all.
In fact, FUN!

Photos are not in order. I'm too bored to arrange them one by one. There was gazillion of them!!

Bought breakfast and walked there clumsily.
I can't eat and hold my drinks at the same time cause I'll always drop one of them.
Even if both comes with carrier, either one will end up on
the ground.

Pardon my serious face, we weren't told of something bad.
I was too engrossed about the work of fireman.

I don't why but you call that a rhino.
Isn't it cool when you drive something without a door and roof
on the road?

Me!

A photo before they leave.

Here with water gun in a daze.
Please don't think that gun is like a kid's water gun which shoots water.

I was duped by Andy.
He made it seemed so effortless and when I get to try,
it was so freaking difficult to press the trigger!!!

With much force!
Hah. I'm not weak.

Sliding down!
Looks so exciting I wanna try.

Oh my god.
Fire station visit is really awesome!
I got to try lots of stuff they have, like water gun and now nozzle.

Kid having fun.
Now I wonder why daddy never brought me to fire station when I was wee.
It was always swimming pools and flight overseas.

Before fire fighting, firemen have to don this.
Oxygen tank which weights 13kg.

Smile!

And this yellow device here helps to detect fire when choking
smoke surrounds the environment.

Don't ask me where is the point which is hot.
I'm not fire but looks like hollow man.

In the ambulance,
always fascinated by what's inside.

Felt like a child that day cause all that I touched and tried
was what I wanted to everytime I watch Tv.

Here's the best part!
CRANE!!

Wow-ed by the height
but it was a little cramp up there.
I was afraid that I might just fall off. Still I love heights.

Andy.
He have height phobia and it was scorching up there!

Looking down.

Multiple storeys high.

With operator.
He was constantly shocking us like how the thing will pop up
and we'll all fall back to group.

Got a chance to operate too!

View of CBD.
We could even see iluma!
How small Singapore is.

Fireman who brought us around and introducing
everything to us.
How nice.

Shall end with a group photo.

xoxo,
Claire.
