Winter Kate By Nicole Richie

Nicole Richie’s much anticipated Winter Kate line won’t be available in stores until February, but the 28-year-old socialite gave a peek at what we could expect from her collection. Richie rang the New Year in Las Vegas wearing a gold sequin minidress from her new Winter Kate line. The dress, however, won’t get produced to be sold in the market, but Richie describes her collection to PEOPLE as “loose and easy” with “a lot of peacock and leopard print.” She adds that she is inspired by the sixties and seventies, pulling inspiration from music to various people. Richie says, “I just like to throw something on and have it be comfortable but have it look good at the same time. That was really what I was aiming for.”
