Night Shift Day 1

Scrubbed up for two cases continuously. The second case is supposed to be just removing the appendix but ended up is colon tumor which dragged to a 5 hours case! :o

Can't wait for day 2 and day 3 then sleeping dayyyyyyyyy!!!!!
