What we reported about Apple winning injunction against Samsung Galaxy Tab and the same source, FOSS Patents is revealing that Apple is after Motorola and a German Tablet manufacturer Jay-Tech, seeking the same.

JAY-tech, was already served with a preliminary injunction, and according to Apple, it was upheld by the court "in its entirety" even after a hearing.

There are on going Patent war between Apple and Motorola and it is not revealed if Apple is seeking a preliminary injunction against Motorola.
